John Chapter 18 verses 36-38
Jesus answered my kingdom is not of this world. If my kingdom were of this world then would my servants fight, that I should not be delivered to the Jews: but now is my kingdom not from hence.
verse 37: Pilate therefore said unto him art thou a king then? Jesus answered, thou sayest that I am a king. To this end was I born, and for this cause came I into the world, that I should bear witness unto the truth.
John Chapter 18 verse 37:
Every one that is of the truth heareth my voice.
verse 38: Pilate saith unto him what is truth?
Note: The spirits were in the garden in the begining. The spirit of truth which is God, and the spirit of the Lie, which is satan. The truth to be timeless.
Galatians 5 verse 7: ye did run well who did hinder you that ye should not obey the truth?
Ephesians Chapter 1 verse 13: In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of you salvation: in whom also after that ye believe, ye were sealed with that holy spirit of promise.
Note: The truth.
John 17 verse 19: and for their sakes I sanctify myself that they also might be sanctified through the truth.
John 16 verse 13: How be it when he, the spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you thing to come.
John 14 verse 6: Jesus saith unto him, I am the way the truth and the life; no man cometh unto the father but by me.
John 17 verse 17: Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.
John 8 verses 44-47: ye are of your father the devil and the lusts of your father ye will do . He was a murderer from the beginning and abode not in the truth because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: he is a liar, and the father of it. Note: Cain slew his brother Abel.
verse 45: and because I tell you the truth, ye believe me not.
verse 46: which of you convinced me of sin? and if I say the truth why do ye not believe me?
verse 47: He that is of God heareth God's word: ye therefore hear them not because ye are not of God.
John 4 verses 23-24: but the hour cometh, and now is when the true worshippers shall worship the father in spirit and in truth: for the father seeketh such to worship him.
verse 24: God is a spirit, and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.
John 3 verse 21: But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.
Note: Pilate asked what is truth? Pilate truth is the spirit of God's word to men to lead you to the knowledge of God, to know the word of salvation to a lost world.
People in the past generations spoke of truth, the word of God salvation to the believer of God's word, we don't hear people speak about the truth of God's word as in the past. It is because we fell away from it long ago. The truth is in the beginning of the bible from Genesis to Revelation, and when the Lord shall come it will be with truth.
