Chapter 3 verse 11: John the Baptist, I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance: but he that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear: He shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and with fire.
verse 13: Then cometh Jesus from Galilee to Jordan unto John to be baptized of him
verse 14: But John forbad him, saying I have need to be baptized of thee, comest thou me?
verse 15: and Jesus answering said unto him, suffer it to be now: for thus it becometh us to fufill our righteousness, (Jesus is showing the way)
verse 16: and Jesus when he was baptized went up straightway out of the water: and lo, the heavens were opened unto him and he saw the spirit of God descending like a dove and lighting upon him.
verse 17: and lo a voice from heaven saying this is my beloved son in whom I am well pleased.
Seekers Note Baptism signifies the Death, Burial, and the resurrection. That's why Jesus Christ came to give us victory over death which is our enemy. Baptism is a must to be saved. It must be in the name of Jesus. Jesus is leading the way to salvation, the truth of God's word. Not man's doctrine.
Matthew Chapter 16 verse 13: When Jesus came into the coasts of Caesarea Phillippi, he asked his disciples saying whom do men say that I the son of man am?
verse 14: and they said, some say that thou are John the Baptist: some Elias, and others, Jeremias or one of the prophets.
verse 15: He saith unto them, but whom say ye that I am?
verse 16: And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.
verse 19: and I will give unto thee Peter the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.
Seekers Note the Lord Jesus Christ has a church on earth, and the Lord Jesus gave Peter the keys to the church. It is the church of Truth of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Matthew Chapter 27 The crucifixion.
verse 50: Jesus when he had cried again with a loud voice yielded up the ghost.
verse 51: behold the veil of the temple was rent in twain from top to the bottom and the earth did quake, and the rocks rent. ( Seekers the new covenant the spiritual kingdom of Jesus Christ just went through the veil to shed his blood to sacrifice for our sins)
Colossians Chapter 2 verse 12: Buried with him in Baptism wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead.
verse 13: and you, being dead in your sins and the un circumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses.
verse 14: Blotting out the hand writing of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way nailing it to his cross.
Mark Chapter 16 verse 14: Afterward, he appeared unto the eleven as they sat at meat.
verse 15: and he said unto them, go ye into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.
verse 16: He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved: but he that believeth not shall be damned. (Baptized in the name of Jesus Christ)
Luke Chapter 24 verse 46: and said unto them, thus it is written, and thus it behoved Christ to suffer and to rise from the dead the third day.
verse 47: and that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name Jesus among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.
verse 49: and behold I send the promise of my father upon you: but tarry ye in the city of Jerusalem until ye be endued with power from on high.
Seekers now the eleven disciples are at Jerusalem to tarry as the Lord said, and there were about a hundred and twenty in an upper room,
Acts Chapter 2 Read because this it he church that Jesus said I will build my church and the name of the church is the Lord Jesus Christ. The church of the Lord Jesus Christ was born in Jerusalem on the day of feast. Pentecost.

Now read Acts Chapter 2 verse 37: Now when they heard this they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and the rest of the apostles, men and brethren what shall we do? (This is what you must do to be born again. Peter has the keys to heaven.)
verse 38: Then Peter said unto them, repent and be baptized everyone of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost,
verse 39: For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that the Lord our God shall call.
