Seekers, the devil has put hate in the people's minds against the truth.
Mark Chapter 13 verse 13: Jesus said and ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake: but he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.
Revelation Chapter 2 verse 10: Fear none of these things which thou shalt suffer; behold the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life.
Seekers, How to endure.
Mark Chapter 4 verse 14: The sower soweth the word.
verse 15: and these are they by the wayside where the word is sown: but when they heard Satan cometh immediately, and taketh away the word that was sown in their hearts,
verse 16: and these are they likewise which are sown on stony ground; who when they have heard the word, immediately receive it with gladness:
verse 17: and have no root in themselves, and so endure but for a time: afterward when affliction or persecution ariseth for the word's sake immediately they are offended.
verse 18: and these are they which are sown among thorns: such as hear the word.
verse 19: and the cares of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, and the lust of other things entering in choke the word and it becometh unfruitful.
verse 20: and these are they which are sown on good ground: such as hear the word, and receive it, and bring forth, some thirty fold , some sixty, and some a hundred.
John Chapter 2 verse 15: Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the father is not in him.
verse 16: For all this is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the father, but is of the world.
Seekers, let us see what the Apostle Paul said how to endure.
Ephesians Chapter 6 verses 10-18
verse 10: Finally my brethren be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.
verse 11: Put on the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
verse 12: For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities , against powers, against rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
verse 13: Wherefore take unto you the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day.
verse 14: Stand therefore having your loins girt about with truth. (Seekers, here is the truth again) and having on the breastplate of righteousness:
verse 15: and your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace:
verse 16: Above all, taking the shield of faith, where with ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.
verse 17: and take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the spirit, which is the word of God.
verse 18: Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints.
Seekers, there is a devil that loves to deceive as many as he can but love the Lord Jesus Christ more than anything in the world, obey the word of God. Believe the truth, it is the word of God. Give thanks always, and endure whatsoever comes your way, be grounded in the love of God to the end. What is this race about it is our salvation and the race is to the end and only to them that will hear the truth, the gospel of Jesus Christ. Not man's gospel, false doctrine but to obey the truth and endure to the end. Stand on the rock and say I shall not be moved. The prize is to him that endures to the end. What is the prize? Life not death, but the kingdom of God. Many have started the race but fall out before the end, having loved this world more than their savior. The devil is a fallen angel. There is a devil if you are in the race that wants you out. The Lord will never leave you if you are in the race to win so run, run to receive the prize!
