Seekers, this message is about law and grace and the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom. Seekers you must know the truth to be saved. Jesus Christ came to redeem us from the law.
Galations Chapter 3 verse 13: Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law being made a curse for us: for it is written cursed is everyone that hangeth on a tree.
Seekers, this is where we leave the laws and sacrifices of lambs, goats, bulloks for our sins. This is the beginning of the spiritual kingdom no flesh can enter in. These preachers that tell you when you die you go straight to heaven is a lie. If you have not received the holy ghost you are lost. The born again sleep until the resurrection.
Matthew Chapter 27 verses 44-52
verse 50: Jesus, when he had cried again with a loud voice, yielded up the ghost.
verse 51: and behold, the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom: and the earth did quake, and the rocks rent.
Note: Christ the high priest of God had just went through the veil and made the sacrifice for our sins. Now our sins are redeemed. The old is gone and the new has come.
Matthew Chapter 11 verses 12-13
verse 12: and from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven surffereth violence, and the violent take it by force.
verse 13: For all the prophets and the law prophesied until John.
Note: That was the end of the old testament.
Colossians Chapter 2 verse 12-17
verse 12: Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead.
verse 13: and you being dead in your sins and the uncircumsion of your flesh hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses:
verse 14: Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross.
verse 15: and having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it.
verse 16: Let no man therefore judge you in meat or in drink, or in respect of a holy day or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days:
verse 17: Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Christ.
Note: Seekers, Jesus Christ is the high priest of God has redeemed us from the curse of the law. The new testament, the new covenant. 2015 years ago it began. Some are still living in the old. Grace is the unmerited freedom from sin through divine Grace.
Ephesians Chapter 2 verse 5: Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ by grace ye are saved.
Grace is given to them that beleive the truth the Gospel of Jesus Christ, there is but one gospel. Seekers, you mus have your sins remitted, forgiven.
First, repent of your sins.
Second, Be baptized in water everyone of you for the remission of sins. Seekers, remission means that somthing is now gone.(sins)
Acts 2 verses 37-39 is the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ.
How important is Baptism? Read what Jesus said to John the baptist.
Matthew Chapter 3 verse 15: And Jesus answering said unto him suffer it to be so now: for thus it becometh us to fufill all righteousness
Third is if you have obeyed, repented and baptized you shall receive the gift of the holy ghost.
Matthew Chapter 7 verse 13-14
verse 13: Enter ye in at the staight gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in there of.
verse 14: because straight is the gate and narrow is the way which leadeth unto life and few there be that find it.
Seekers, false doctrine will lead you down the broad way to be lost in the end. An example of false doctrine that preachers tell the people how to be saved:
First is the sinners prayer taking out of context. (lie)
Second Romans chapter 10 verse 9: Read all of the scriptures all the verses and see what Paul said
Third is accept Jesus Christ as your personal saviour. (doctrine of men is false, not bible scripture)
The truth will set you free. Follow the false doctrine of men you will not know the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ. There is but one door to the kindgom of God.
John Chapter 10 verse 7: Jesus said I am the door of the sheep.
Note: You must have the keys to the door.
Matthew Chapter 16 verses 15-19
Jesus said upon this revelation that Peter had, who Jesus is, upon this rock I will build my church, and I will give Peter the keys of the kingdom of heaven, whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall bind in heaven, and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth, shall be loosed in heaven.
Acts Chapter 2 verse 38
The apostle Peter had the keys to the door to the kingdom of God. The church was born on the day of pentecost the Holy Ghost was poured out.
Joel Chapter 2 verses 28-29
And it shall come to pass afterward that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh. Read all of this chapter of Joel the prophet.
Peter preached the first gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ. The message was the keys to the kingdom of God is found in Acts Chapter 2 verse 38-39
Seekers believe the truth and live, believe the false doctrine and die. One life to live be sure you know the gospel of Jesus Christ, the truth Peter preached the first message. Truth not a lie.
